Introduction

Answer

1. Superior Quality and Purity

Why Quality Matters

When you’re working on critical research, the last thing you want is for your vials to contaminate your samples. Mastelf HPLC vials are made from high-purity materials, ensuring your results are spot-on and free from interference.

Strict Quality Control

We take quality seriously. Mastelf adheres to strict quality control standards, including SGS certifications and COA. Every batch of our vials undergoes rigorous testing to ensure consistency and top-notch performance. Curious about why purity is so crucial?

Attached is INTERTEK Authorised report and in-housing testing report for the peak chromatography compared to other brands. In most circumstances, our vials are well recognized for those of customers who use our vials instead of Agilent, Thermo Fisher, Shimadzu, Waters, etc.

Perfect results count-not a perfect process. There might be small problems along the way, but we’ll stand behind our products and make sure our quality on par with pharmaceutical standard and granted to your satisfaction.

Also, we have sales records for all customers. In EU markets, 40% are importers and brands/brand manufacturers, which means our prices are well accepted in the EU. You are far away from customer complaints.

Of course! High impurity peaks can really throw off your experimental results. They can mess with the accuracy of your analysis and make it tough to correctly identify and quantify your target compounds. This just goes to show how crucial it is to keep an eye on those impurity levels to make sure your experiments are reliable and consistent. Check out this article.

2. Compatibility with most of Instruments

No More Compatibility Headaches

I get it – finding vials that fit your equipment perfectly can be a real hassle. Mastelf vials are designed to be compatible with all major HPLC instruments and autosamplers. This means you can seamlessly integrate them into your existing setup without any fuss.

Universal Fit

Whether you’re using Agilent, Waters, or Shimadzu systems, Mastelf vials will fit like a glove. This compatibility simplifies your inventory management and eliminates the need for multiple vial types.

Customizable Caps for Different Needs

One of the great things about Mastelf vials is the flexibility in cap options. You can easily choose between solid caps or open-top caps. Need them for HPLC uses or just for storage? Either way, they work perfectly.

Our polypropylene (PP) caps are made from high-quality PP materials that resist acids and bases, so you can use them in various environments without worrying about chemical reactions. Isn’t it great to have one less thing to worry about in the lab?

Pre-Slit Caps for Needle Protection

Have you ever struggled with needles getting damaged or causing a vacuum when using vials? Mastelf’s pre-slit caps are a lifesaver. They help prevent damage to softer needles and avoid creating a vacuum. Have you tried using pre-slit caps before? They can make a significant difference in your workflow efficiency and equipment longevity.

3. Understanding the Cost and Quality

With more than 13 years of experience in this field, we’ve seen that rare suppliers can always define the details. Here’s something important to consider:

Price vs. Quality

Before we talk about the price, please be aware that the cost dictates the price. To meet the needs of our customers, we offer more than two different grades of product lines. Here, we will offer an example of the below two as a reference.

If you’re looking for more quality than price, we’ll offer more qualified products. But if you’re looking for more bang for your buck, we provide products with an affordable price and acceptable quality.

Visual Example of Different Grades

Here’s a picture of two different grades of caps and septa. They look similar, right? But the main difference is that the one on the right side has a higher purity than the one on the left, which can help reduce ghost peaks with a very small effect on the results compared to the left one. Don’t get me wrong, this doesn’t mean the left is bad quality (it covers 80%+ of testing environments), but the higher purity septa can cover more qualified customers and you can profit more (at least 15% more markup than the common one).

Also, the cap on the right is a bright color, while the left is a matte color.

Differences in Vial Surface

Besides the glass tube, as we see the surface of the vial, there are differences:

  • Sealing Efficiency: With a 1/4 screw circling more around the vial, the right vial can be sealed better than the left.
  • Patch Side Consideration: The light patch is usually smooth on the surface, making it more resistant to dirt. With the right polish patch, writing marks on the vial are easy, but the patch is easily dirty.

I totally get how frustrating it can be to find vials that fit your equipment perfectly. The great thing about Mastelf vials is that they are designed to be compatible with all the major HPLC instruments and autosamplers like Agilent, Waters, Thermo Fisher, and Shimadzu.

This means you can easily integrate them into your existing setup without any hassle. It’s such a relief when everything just works smoothly, right?

Compatible Fit

Whether you’re using Agilent, Waters, or Shimadzu systems, Mastelf vials will fit like a glove. This compatibility simplifies your inventory management and eliminates the need for multiple vial types.

4. Exceptional Durability

Built Tough for Your Lab

Lab environments can be pretty rough, right? Mastelf HPLC vials are made from USP type borosilicate glass, known for its chemical resistance and thermal stability. This means our vials can withstand the rigors of your lab work without breaking a sweat.

Why USP Type Borosilicate Glass?

Borosilicate glass resists acidic and alkaline solutions, ensuring your samples remain intact and uncontaminated, even under extreme conditions. For a deeper dive into the benefits of borosilicate glass.
